Saloma and her family runs this place. Be sure to be taken to one of the 28 waterfalls in the village when you stay here. We didn’t stay but Saloma’s sister Wui and her father and uncle showed me true jungle cooking. We spent almost the whole day here learning about cooking in bamboo and then sitting down and eating with our hands in sago bark bowls and drank from bamboo cups freshly chopped and carved out. Best day ever!
